The Conrad Hotel and Steinman Studios are teaming up to provide an whimsical, refreshing and funky dining experience at the new restaurant called '87'. Head Chef, Anthony Dawson, found www.steinmanstudios.com online (cheers to Google and Mr. Dawson's exquisite searching ability!), and presented the project of doing a full restaurant! The lazy susans are each a work of art before they're even painted. Photo. made of Maple and Cherry woods, and have each been hand built by Gary Holtz in Gays Mills, Wisconsin, to special directions for this particular project. The tops are hand-sanded maple and are thicker than the average lazy susan and are sanded smooth, rounded on the edges to enjoy a full and happy existence at the restaurant. The bearings are extra durable and the bases are made of Cherry wood.

12/4/02. Captain's (Artist's) Log. First pictures coming to the site, for perusal by Head Chef of "87" the new restaurant in the new Conrad Hotel, Bangkok. The first three on the list are complete and will ship 12/5/02. The first one to ship was a "sample." Here's what the table setting will look like.

7. "A Shopper for All Seasons" [Place] Three ladies on pink in copper outfits, glowing polka dots.
8. "Shiny Pebbles" Glowing Pebbles on Black Background. Glows!

10. "G.M.'s Tie" pattern taken from the inset photograph at Conrad site of General Manager G.M.'s Tie.
